My name is Rosa, i’m Dutch, deeply connected to the outdoors, and most at home when I’m close to nature. Surfing at sunrise, hiking new coastlines, or wandering through forests with my dog Milo — that’s where I reset, think clearly, and feel grounded. I travel full-time through Europe with my boyfriend Jorn, currently living in Spain, building a lifestyle and business that give me freedom, health and purpose at the same time.

My professional journey started in the military, a fast-paced, high-intensity, male-dominated environment where structure and pressure were the norm. I learned discipline, resilience and leadership, but I also learned something else: my own body was struggling. I dealt with hormonal issues that no one around me really understood, and most advice I got was generic, disconnected from how women’s biology actually works.

That frustration pushed me into deep research. I wanted answers that were practical, natural and rooted in how the female body is designed to function. I studied cycle-syncing, ancestral nutrition, stress physiology, and women’s hormonal health. I tested everything on myself — my routines, my food, my training, my daily rhythms — and step by step, I restored my balance. My energy came back, my cycle normalized, and for the first time in years, I actually felt in sync with myself.

That transformation became the foundation of my mission.

Today I run a Dutch health company and started SyncWithRosa — a platform for women who want real guidance instead of generic advice. I help women work with their cycle instead of against it, nourish their hormones naturally, and build a lifestyle that supports long-term energy, mood and well-being. No extremes, no overcomplication — just practical, ancestral and female-specific guidance that actually works.

My life now blends everything I care about: nature, freedom, adventure, and helping women understand their bodies in a way that truly empowers them. SyncWithRosa is the place where I share that knowledge — so more women can feel balanced, strong and connected to themselves again.

Love,

Rosa
